Information collected
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, message and SMS consent choices. Our hosting and communication providers may process technical information such as IP address and browser information to deliver and secure their services. Do not include sensitive health information, identity documents or payment-card details in chat.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to questions about events, tickets and coaching programmes. With consent for the relevant category, we send service messages about inquiries, bookings, event arrangements and programme support, and/or promotional messages about events and coaching programmes. Providing a number alone does not give marketing consent.
Optional SMS consent
Service and promotional choices are independent and optional. Consent is not required to buy tickets or obtain services. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us by phone or email.
Service providers
This website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and HighLevel/LeadConnector for chat and messaging. These providers may process information needed to deliver their services. The chat widget also links to LeadConnector’s own terms and privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not include advertising pixels or an analytics script added by Built Different. Cloudflare and the chat provider may use cookies or browser storage to deliver, secure and maintain their services. Your browser settings can control cookies and local storage; blocking them may affect chat functionality. See the providers’ privacy notices for their processing.
Data security
This website uses HTTPS to encrypt data in transit between your browser and the website. Chat information is processed through our communication provider. Please do not submit sensitive personal or payment information in chat. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Mobile information and SMS consent
We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. Service providers may process this information only as needed to support delivery of our services.
